（ 1 ） In the Narita Police Station area, outdoor thefts are frequent. Major items damaged include outdoor units of air conditioners, water heaters, and copper cables from unattended solar power generation facilities in private homes and
apartment complexes.
If you see a suspicious person, etc., please call 110.
（ 2 ） Recently, there have been robberies targeting the homes of elderly people in Chiba Prefecture.
Based on a list of names obtained as a preliminary step to the crime, criminals have reportedly visited homes posing as remodeling companies, etc.,
asking if there is a large amount of cash in the home
and confirming whether the household is elderly
and checking asset information through other means.
Some reports indicate that asset information, etc. is being verified through such investigations. Please take measures such as
not giving out information about your assets or family structure
and
not inviting them to your home easily.
